Meet Matt Cochrell: A Real Estate Professional with Unparalleled Experience
My name is Matt Cochrell, and I am the founder of this website. My journey in the real estate industry began as an undergraduate student at Ohio University, where I started investing in rental properties while earning my real estate license while still enrolled as a Junior.
After graduation, I relocated to Columbus and began my career as a residential buyer’s agent. This role allowed me to develop an in-depth understanding of the Central Ohio housing market, which I’ve carried forward into my career.
Committed to expanding my knowledge, I studied real estate appraisal and became a certified home inspector. These experiences granted me a comprehensive understanding of the industry, allowing me to provide you with a holistic perspective.
Further honing my skills, I earned an MBA in business analytics from Ohio University. This degree, coupled with my experience launching several successful companies in Central Ohio, equips me with unique insights into the intersection of real estate and business strategy.
I’ve since gone on to broker over $1 Billion in real estate transactions and have managed several hundred properties for the last 15 years+.
